 THE BUILDING
At the heart of the Costa Verde, one of the wildest zones and
uncontaminated of the island, not still exploited from the mass
tourism, at about 35 km from Oristano and few kilometres from the
polygon of Capo Frasca. Made up of the Caletta hotel and of about 800
small
villas,
the complex extends on a territory of 150 hectares of Mediterranean
undergrowth. Cagliari Airport and Harbour 90 km, Porto Torres 160 km,
Olbia 190 km. car is recommended.
The
coast is characterized by rocky zones with splendid coves and
interminable extents of gilt sand delimited by very high dunes. The
nearest beach is far from 500 to 1.500 mt. Beach umbrellas and
deckchairs with charge.
Facilities:
in Torre dei Corsari town centre restaurants (particular prices will be granted to
residence guests), pizzerias, markets, kioskos, tabacconist's, discotheques, pharmacies.
Sport:
With charge: tennis courts, rubber dinghy hire,
canoes,
riding school and guided sightsings
Accommodations:
Furnished according to the taste of the owners, some are located in
different areas of the complex, everybody with TV, garden or terrace
with car place.

Type B4
- 2-room apartment with 4 beds:
living room with cooking corner
and double sofa bed
(sometimes with 2
single beds
or
bunk beds,
double room,
bathroom.
Type C6
- trilocale 6 beds:
like the B4 type, with an additional double room with low beds or
bunk beds.
