THE BUILDING
The complex is constituted by 2/3 storey houses at about 3 km from Porto Rotondo. Olbia Harbour/airport 15 km, Golfo Aranci Harbour 5 km. 250 mt far from the wonderful Marinella beach, reachable through flat paths across the typical Mediterranean vegetation. Possibility to rent deckchairs and beach umbrellas.

Accommodations: Furnished in a simple and functional way, almost everyone has balcony or veranda.
Type A - monolocale 2 beds: living room with cooking corner and single sofa beds, bathroom.

Type B - mansarda 3 beds: roof-mansard with cooking corner and bathroom. Beds can be in sofa or foldaway. Possibility of extra bed.

Type C - monolocale 3 beds: living room with cooking corner and bathroom. The night zone is separated by furnitures. Beds can be in sofa, foldaway or bunk beds type.

Type D - bilocale 3 beds: living room with cooking corner and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.

Type E - mansarda 4 beds: roof-mansard with cooking corner, double room, small room with two single beds, bathroom.

Type F - bilocale 4 beds: wide living room with cooking corner and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.

Type G - mansarda 4 beds: roof-mansard with cooking corner, double room, small room with two single beds, bathroom. Possibility of extra bed in living room.

Type H - trilocale 4 beds: living room with cooking corner, double room, double room with 2 single beds (or bunk beds), bathroom. Possibility of extra bed in living room.
Type H2 - trilocale 4 beds: like the type h, with 2 bathrooms and possibility of 2 extra beds (sometimes the cooking corner can be in veranda closed by a sliding glass door).
