 THE
APARTMENTS
The Apartments and small Villas Valledoria are placed in a characteristi area of
Valledoria, long all the Costa Doria promenade. On ground floor or fisrt floor the
apartments, with simple fornitudes, are in a new building in the sea area or in
hinterland/sea area. The apartments "TIPO MARE" are near the beach, sometimes in
the pine area, just to the residential area of La Ciaccia; the apartments "TIPO CENTRO/COLLINA" are in the centre or very near the centre.
Facilties: in the centre of
Valledoria possible to find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacies,
medical service, pubs, discotheques.
Sport: in the village
tennis/bowls courts, riding. On the beach windsurf school.
Apartments TIPO MARE: placed long the Valledoria promenade,
near the sand beach and the pine area just to Ciaccia. The distance from sea is from 50 to
500 mt, the distance from the centre is from 800 to 2.500 mt.
Apartments TIPO CENTRO/COLLINA: placed in the centre of village
or near the village, the distance from sea is from 800 to 2.500 mt, the distance from the
centre from 50 to 2.00 mt.
M2 - 1 room ap. 2 beds: living room with kithcenette and
double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, bathroom.
B4 - 2 rooms ap. 4 beds: living room with kithcenette and
double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, double room, bathroom.
T4 - 3 rooms ap. 4 beds: only for "Costa Doria"
with living room with kithcenette, double room, room with two beds (sometimes bunk beds),
bathroom.
T6 - 3 rooms ap. 6 beds: with living room with kithcenette
and 2 beds, double room, room with two beds (sometimes bunk beds),
bathroom.
Q8 - 4 rooms ap. 8 beds: only for "Mare" like 3
rooms ap. 6 beds, with more room with two beds (sometimes bunk beds).
