THE BUILDING
Immersed in a green area, the Residence Ancora is an elegant and confortable complex, near the famouse white sand beach of Pelosa, at 350 mt from the sea. Hotel formula and Residence formula are available, with accomodation in rooms or apartments, well furnished and equipped with all comforts. The complex will be more appreciated by scubas, thanks to a famous diving school hosted inside the Yachting Club Marina dell'Ancora.
  
Rooms: with all comforts, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, bahtroom with shower.
   
Facilities: bar, restaurant, big terrace for breakfast, tv room, parking, big park. Private beach and private pier.
   
Sport: swimming pool with sea water, tennis court, beach volley, diving/sailing lessons (with charge).
Club Card (compulsory over 4 years of age): including windsurf, canoe, beach-volley,  gymnastic, swimm, dance, sailing, shows, games, miniclub 3/12 years of age.       
  
Apartments: furnished with taste, air conditioning (on request with charge), sea or garden view, solarium terrace.
1 room ap. 2 beds (M2): living room with kithcenette and two beds, bathroom.
2 rooms ap. 4 beds (B4): like 1 room ap. with a twin or double room more.
  
Pets: small pets allowed on request

FAMILIES: 2 adults + 2 children 0/10 years old (except 30/07-03/09) pay 3 full quotes.

MINI FAMILY: 1 adult + 1 child 0/10 years old (except period 30/07-03/09) 50% discount for the child.
