THE BUILDING
Situated in Cala Ginepro, a few steps from the sea in a beautiful natural environment, the complex is set in a particularly picturesque area, characterized by sandy coves alternating with luxuriant pine-woods. The structure consists of many buildings situated on different levels, where the apartments are to be found, internally structured on one or two floors, enclosing the central square, where the evening entertainment takes place. Its position from the sea, the architectural designs, the gardens and the internal squares make the complex particularly comfortable and ideal for any kind of guest.

Rooms: situated in apartments, they are elegantly furnished, equipped with telephone,TV, air conditioning, minibar (with charge), hairdryer, safe and bathroom. They are divided into: type A (1room ap.) consisting of one room with 2/3 beds or double bed, equipped with patio or balcony; type B (2room ap.) consisting of living room with 1/2 beds and double room equipped with patio or veranda; type De Luxe (situated in the main building), furnished with luxury in typical Sardinian style, consisting of one room with 2/3 beds or double bed, balcony or veranda.

Facilities: large restaurant with air conditioning, bar-ice cream parlour, games area, TV room, piano bar/discotheque (with charge), kiosk, laundry, large panoramic terraces, children's playground, air conditioning in all the communal rooms, boat or coach excursions and baby-sitting service with charge.
