 THE BUILDING
The Residence Approdo Verde, situated a few steps from the town centre, near the
beach of Cala d'Ambra and close to the wonderful beach "L'Isuledda", is a brand
new structure in horse-shoe shape, surrounding a central area with garden, luxuriant
plants and olive-trees. The complex consists of apartments built with granite, stone and
ceilings with woodden beams, overlooking the central garden, an ideal space for children,
considering its quiet position.
Facilities: car park. In the nearby town centre of San
Teodoro you can find markets, restaurants, pizzerie, tobacconist's, kiosks, pharmacy,
discotheques, etc.
Sport: in the town centre of San Teodoro possibility of
practising various sports such as five-a-side football, tennis, horse riding; on the beach
various aquatic sports.
Accomodations: elegantly furnished with brand new furniture,
very well-finished with ceilings with woodden beams, situated either on ground floor with
doors on two sides, both on the communal garden with covered veranda and on the back with
small private patio; or on first floor with balcony overlooking the communal garden. The
veranda and the balconies are always equipped with with table and chairs to have outdoor
meals; in addition the apartments are all provided with TV plug and rooms with low beds
with orthopedic bed springs.
