 THE BUILDING
It
is a modern building placed at few steps from the old city centre of
Santa Teresa and a short distance from the famous beach of
Rena Bianca.
The
building is constituted by two distinct groupes which encircle the
central part where, between a garden and painstaking green spaces, the
swimming pool with basins for adults and children is placed.
The
flats are arranged on the ground, first or second floor, all equipped
with new furniture, TV, conditioned air and spacious rooms always with
low beds; they've equipped small garden or balcony.

Lift, basement garage, swimming pool for adults and children.
At
immediate disposal, in the town center, various services:
supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerie, bars, ice-cream parlour,
confectioners', kiosks, tobacconists', boutiques, chemists', medical
