 THE BUILDING
The newly built residence is situated near Cala di Liberotto, one of the most
beautiful places of the Gulf of Orosei. The complex consists of 146 apartments divided into
5 separate buildings surrounding the swimming pool. The apartments are situated on ground
floor with private garden or on first floor with large balcony equipped with table and
chairs. In the basement of the residence there are 35 parking spaces with charge.
Facilities: small reception, bar, multi-purpose room with
TV with big screen, barbecue, garage in the basement (with charge), launderette, unguarded
car park, children's playground.
Sport: 2 swimming pool, illuminated tennis court/five-a-side
football field (with charge in day time and in the evening), ping-pong. Nearby various

Club Card (compulsory over 4 years of age from
14/06 to 13/09):
welcome-drink, evening entertainment (sometimes with folklore bands), games, tournaments,
music, tennis and swimming courses, miniclub for children 4/12 years of age with showing
of films, children's playground with slide and swings; in addition the management offers
to all the guests a bootle of local wine and water after arrival.

TV, telephone, large equipped balcony or patio.
