THE BUILDING
The residence is in a panoramic position overlooking the
wonderful bay of Coda Cavallo, with a view of the Islands of Tavolara, Molara and
Molarotto. The terraced apartments are connected to the beach with a flight of steps, with
private use.
Facilities : restaurant, bar. At 3 km
shopping centre (open from 01/06 to 30/09) with restaurant, bar, ice cream parlour,
market, kiosk and tobacconist's.
Sport : on the beach renting of surf
boards, pedal boats and possibility of practising aquatic sports. At 3 km sport centre at
the Village Porto Coda Cavallo, where you can find 3 tennis courts, 2 of which with
lighting, 1 five-a-side football field, bowling green.
Apartments : built in typical Sardinian
style, furnished according to the owners' personal taste, some have balcony, terrace or
garden. 1 room ap. A 2 beds: living room with
kitchenette, double sofa bed, bathroom. 2 room ap. B 4 beds: living room with
kitchenette, double sofa bed, double or twin room, bathroom. 3 room ap. C 6 beds: like the 2room ap. B4
with an additional room with single or bunk beds.
