 THE BUILDING
The Residence Smeralda Village is a brand new complex situated near the exclusive
town centre of Porto Rotondo and the touristic port, destination of the international jet
set. The structure, surrounded by luxuriant gardens and Mediterranean vegetation, is
characterized by different buildings amidst the vegetation, offering well furnished
apartments equipped with TV and independent air conditioning. The position of the complex
offers the guests the convenience of the proximity to the town centre and to the beautiful
and famous beach "Ira". Other famous beaches (Punta Volpe - "spiaggia dei
Sassi") are at a distance of about 900 mt.
Facilities: available at the residence
reception, children's playground, launderette, unguarded car park, Health Centre. Next to the residence there are supermarket, bar, tobacconist's,
post office, doctor, laundry, boutiques, craft shops. Baby-sitting service on request.
Sport: equipped swimming pool for
adults and children (open from 14/05 to 30/09). On the near and beautiful beach of
"Ira" possibility of renting beach umbrellas and deckchairs, canoes, pedal
boats, etc, in addition to the possibility of practising aquatic sports.
Apartments: situated on ground, first
or second floor, all spacious and elegantly furnished, equipped with TV and independent
air conditioning; they are situated on one or two levels, provided with rooms with low
beds always (not bunk beds). All the apartments are also equipped with spacious verandas
or terraces to have outdoor meals.

double sofa bed, single sofa bed, bathroom, veranda or terrace.
2 room ap. 4 beds (B4): living room with kitchenette,
double sofa bed, double room, bathroom, veranda or terrace.
2 room ap. 4 beds (B4 DS): like the 2room ap. 4 but with 2
bathrooms.
3 room ap. 6 beds (T6): living room with kitchenette,
double sofa bed, double room, twin room with low beds, bathroom, veranda or terrace.
3 room ap. 6 beds (T6 DS): like the 3room ap. 6 but with 2
bathrooms.
