 THE BUILDING
The Summer & Residence Hotel is situated between Porto Istana and Capo
Ceraso, in the locality of Bunte. It's a pretty and small residential complex only 12 km
from Olbia and at a short distance from Porto Rotondo, Baia Sardina, Porto Cervo and San
Teodoro. Immersed in Mediterranean vegetation, only 50 mt from the sea and the beach, it
guarantees tranquillity and privacy, offering at the same time a dynamic and intense
holiday. Guests can choose between the residence and the hotel formula.
Rooms: equipped with TV and bathroom with hairdryer, free use of the kitchenette.
They are divided into: "Twin", "Blue Suites" (min. 3 persons),
"Sea Suites" (min. 4 persons). Additional bed available in all types of rooms
(see reductions in the price list).
Facilities: bar, restaurant, covered
car park, stirehouse for surfing equipment, public telephone, market nearby.
Sport: nearby possibility of
practising tennis, five-a-side football, horse riding. Various aquatic sports on the
beach.
Apartments: furnished in a simple
but
functional way, equipped with covered balcony or large terrace and veranda with
sea view or garden.

3 room ap. 6 beds (T6): like the 2room ap. 4 with an
